Sabarimala Temple

The Sabarimala Temple is located at the Western Ghat mountain ranges of Pathanamthitta region in Kerala. The temple is dedicated to the Lord “Ayyappa” or it is also renowned as Ayyapa temple in Kerala. This temple is surrounded by dense forests and mountains as well. It is believed that Lord Ayyappa meditated here in this temple. It has been seen that Devotees mainly visit this temple during the season of November to January. The Sabarimala Sri Dharmasastha temple is counted one of the best known Hindu temples in India.
