Guruvayur Temple

Guruvayur Temple tour is located in Guruvayur town of Thrissur district in Kerala. It is assumed that this shrine is about 5,000 years old. The temple is devoted to the Hindu Lord Krishna who is also known as Guruvayurappan. Here, you can find a standing icon of Lord Krishna which has four hands holding conch, mace, discus and lotus. The image has been engraved from precious stone known as “Patala Anjana”. After that, you can also see some more paintings and statues of Lord Krishna which are designed elegantly.

Sabarimala Temple

Sabarimala Temple is situated in the Western Ghat mountain ranges of Pathanamthitta district in Kerala. Every year around 3 to 4 million pilgrims come here from far-flung destinations across the world. This shrine is dedicated to Lord Ayyappan. It is supposed to be the place where Ayyappan meditated. The sacred place gets flocked with lots of pilgrims mainly during the festive seasons which occur from November to January. The two major events of this shrine are held in the month of December i.e. Mandala pooja, and Makaravilakku which occurs in the month of January. The holy place remains closed rest of the year expect for the first five days of Malayalam month and during Chitra Vishnu which is held in the month of April.

Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Kerala lies in Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala. The place of pilgrimage was constructed in the Dravidian style of architecture. This sacred place is consecrated to Lord Vishnu. Here, you can explore a number of statues, monuments, paintings, sculptures which are designed very splendidly. After that, you may also search some other allures here like about 365 corridors, one-quarter sculptured granite-stone pillars, tank (Padma Theertham) which means the lotus spring, 100-foot seven tier gopuram that are made in the Pandyan style etc.
